Portugal has become an important gateway to the fast growing European market for medical cannabis products. Dozens of highly specialized cannabis cultivators are already active in Portugal. And local extraction companies, scientists and medical experts are increasingly getting involved in this exciting new market. The Netherlands is a world leader in the greenhouse and indoor cultivation of fruits, vegetables and ornamental plants. In 2003, it also became one of the first countries with a National medicinal program for standardized and quality controlled cannabis. As a result, Dutch companies have become world leaders in the fields of cannabis greenhouse construction, optimizing cultivation conditions, and laboratory analysis of cannabis products. Sharing this knowledge with cannabis professionals worldwide is the main focus of the Legal Cannabis Coalition (LCC).

Legal Cannabis Coalition (LCC) started in 2018 as a unique collaboration between Dutch companies from the fields of plant cultivation, lab research, and regulatory affairs. Each LCC member is an expert in its own market, ranging from building greenhouses and installing LED lights, to lab testing and registration of a new medicine. Our members gained their expertise in the general markets of plant cultivation and medicine, but in recent years they have increasingly gotten involved with the world of legal cannabis. Combining our products and knowledge, we can offer you a reliable and experienced one-stop shop for all your medicinal cannabis questions.

WISE Healthcare Solutions was founded in Portugal in 2016 to meet identified needs in the health consulting market. It guides its sphere of action in three sectors: clinical consulting, business consulting (for healthcare providers and those involved in the different phases of the health product life cycle, and event organization and training. In the field of medicinal cannabis, WISE can help Portuguese clients with a wide range of consulting services including legal advice, license application, market research, and regulatory compliance.
